Personal Identity- figurines

Whilst continuing to look at Pokemon for my personal Identity project, I've slowly been focusing in more on my Pokemon figurine collection rather than the trading cards, as well as drawing from the Pokemon figurines I've started designing my own creatures, first in fineliner and then exploring with limited colour using inks.

 i like the look of having several small designs on the page rather than having one or two big ones, i feel this reflects the physical collection of figurines better.

I've noticed that the colours used in Pokemon can often be simplified down to just two or three in the palette, these are fan made Pokemon "sprites" but are almost identical to those used in the actual game.
