Hay Festival design - Continued

Here is my under milk wood design once printed through the laser cutter, once i took out the loose pieces i realized that perhaps my design was too complicated for this type of printing.

So i decided to simplify it, drawing the new design and making sure all the lines were connected and would be more suitable for the vinyl cutter, the new design still depicts Captain Cat reminiscing about his love, but I've changed it to a side profile and drawn the mermaid coming out of the smoke of his pipe.   

This is the revised design, After being process and colour changed in Adobe Illustrator, My design has fortunately been selected as one of the designs to be used on the hoarding at the Hay Festival, But circumstances have changed so we will no longer be having our design printed through the vinyl cutter and will be printed on paper on a large scale, which negates the need for the design to be ready for laser cutter, but i feel it looks better in silhouette and having all the lines connected.
